TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Products and Orders

All our gifts are freshly made on the day of delivery by our florist. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not pre-make or pre-pack our gifts and we never send our deliveries by overnight / 48 hours couriers or any other postal services. All items are individually made and will therefore vary slightly with the seasons and the interpretation of the florist making the gift. All products are subject to availability. The florist reserves the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice.

Prices

Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 20.0%. Prices do not include delivery and service charge. Please refer to the Delivery section for prices.

Payment

We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Delta / Visa Debit, and Switch / Maestro when ordering online. All credit card details are encrypted over an SSL connection using a security certificate. 

Delivery

U.K. delivery and service charge: (Priced by Post Code)

An extra delivery charge may be required for a delivery to a rural area. 

We offer AM or PM delivery as a preferred option free of charge. We will endeavour to deliver your gift at the preferred time but we cannot guarantee that we can always accommodate this.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer. 

Delivery to hospitals – please be aware that not all hospitals accept fresh flowers into the wards: please check with the hospital you are sending flowers to before ordering. We cannot be held responsible if fresh flowers are refused by the hospital.

Delivery to military bases – please be aware that not all military bases (e.g. army, R.A.F.) accept flower deliveries. We cannot be held responsible if deliveries are refused entry by a military base or Similar.

Cancellation

UK orders may be cancelled or amended up until 12pm on the working day prior to delivery, with the exception of any funeral orders. Funeral orders require 48 hours notice.  Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money to their account within 7 days of cancellation.

Wedding flower orders, to reserve our florist for your wedding day flowers you will need to pay a none refundable deposit of £50 to secure your date. we cannot guarantee your date until your deposit has been paid in full. In the event that your day is cancelled we are happy to reschedule or refund any payments made less your booking deposit.

Complaints

Any complaints regarding the products of an order must be received within 7 days of the order delivery date. A complaint received more than 7 days after the order delivery date is deemed invalid
